Data Protection
Your registration data is stored securely and protected against unauthorized access, unlawful processing, accidental loss, or alteration. Access is strictly limited to authorized members of Matri Mandir Kulturverein e.V. and used only for organizational purposes related to Durgapuja.
All submitted data will be deleted after the legally required retention period has expired.
Prasad Booking and Coupon Collection
To help us cover increasing expenses and improve overall coordination, we respectfully ask you to book your prasad as part of the registration. Prasad booking is embedded in the registration process, so you can conveniently book your prasad while registering – the link is same.
After successful registration and prasad booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code.
On the date of your registered visit, please present your registration confirmation at the venue. You will receive your prasad coupon(s) based on your registration and prasad booking. The coupon must be presented when collecting your prasad.
Please follow the instructions of our volunteers to help ensure a smooth and organized process.

- Dayprasad: 18-20 Oct.: 1-2pm
- Eveningprasad: 18-20 Oct.: 7:30 – 8:30 pm, 21 Oct.: 4 – 5 pm
Durga Puja Registration – Important Note for iPhone Users
Our Durga Puja registration system works smoothly on Windows PCs, Android phones, iMac, MacBook, and iPad. Only on iPhones we occasionally observe brief freezing effects, where the page stops responding.
If you experience such freezing on an iPhone, please:
- complete the registration using a desktop computer, iMac, Android phone, or iPad, or
- refresh/reload the registration page on your iPhone to continue the process.
If you still face difficulties, please contact us at info@matrimandir.de so we can assist you.
Important Information on Visit Duration During Durga Puja
To ensure that all our devotees have an equal opportunity to visit the Durga Puja pandal and receive the blessings of Goddess Durga, the number of time slots that can be reserved under a single registration is limited each day.
We kindly request that you select your time slots carefully and responsibly. Please avoid reserving more slots than necessary, so that all devotees have a fair opportunity to visit the Durga Puja pandal and seek the blessings of Goddess Durga.
If you need to stay longer than your assigned slots—especially if you are travelling from outside Munich—please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
